Line test seems quiet. When the contract renewal was pushed to me it quoted an estimated speed of 20-23 which I ignored as I was used to getting 35+. 18 months earlier the quoted upper band was 41. Minimum speed is 19M so there is definitely something going on. Customer services view was that as long as I’m getting 19M they are not interested so any insight would be much appreciated
@Willscott64 I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your speed, from the router stats you've provided it does look like the profile is banned due to a previous stability issue that is no longer affecting the connection as there have been no drops in quite a while.
