Hello, Good afternoon, I had an email 2nd week in October telling me that I will be moved over to Digital Voice, that they will be in contact soon with a connection date & the three steps to follow. I never asked about this, just automatically recieved the email & in it a line re:, we will transfer your existing number over. When I get further confirmation hope it happens. Just to note of recent weeks upgraded to Halo 3+, so now have BT TV BOX PRO, Hybrid Connect, HUB 2, WiFi Disk. Regards MartiO
I think that if you change or upgrade your contract, you are automatically moved over to Digital Voice.
