Re: Smart Hub 2 very slow

Hi Ribblelancs, the router we've been sent is a brand new Smart Hub 2 (SM2) so no need for factory reset. Have set it up as per instructions in the box then tweaked with what folk have said here, They say our best hub ever with a stonger signal but that is simply not true in our case, in fact we now have hardly any wifi at all compared with our previous Home Hub 6. If I have to have the SM2 for digital voice, and I have no choice over digital voice (which is another gripe) I will simply have to waste power and use it merely for that whilst keeping my old HH6 for my wifi needs. What a complete and utter farce BT.
