I'm having the same problem but that doesn't work for me. I only have one account, and when I go into my products I'm not able to see the monthly pass so I can't click through to cancel it. Is there anything else I can try?

Hi @alfieuser78, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't access your BT Sport Monthly Pass online. Please give us a call on 0800 800 150 and explain the situation to our customer services team and they'll be able to get it cancelled for you.
