Unable to cancel BT premium email account

Please can someone contact me regarding this! I have been trying to cancel for 3 months and no one will help!

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry if you haven't been able to cancel your BT Premium Mail.

The number @gg30340 has posted is for the Premium Mail Team, if you give them a ring they'll be able to help with the cancelation.

Please give them a call and post back to let us know how you get on?
