I referred a friend back in January but have never received any information or vouchers.
hopefully someone from BT will pick this up and respond. It would be great if schemes like this are made easy for customers. Trying to find information on it is almost impossible.

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.
You should call BT 0800.800.150 and ask what has happened and how it can be resolved.
