Refer a friend voucher not sent

Hi,I referred my daughter around 90 days ago and still nothing has been sent.I have a reference code but cannot find the online  referral status page and bt customer support is no help.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Barney1610 I'm really sorry your refer a friend voucher has not been sent and this was not resolved when you contacted customer services. I'll send you a private message so you can send your details over to the moderation team and we'll raise a case with the voucher team to get this looked into.
