My Hive Heating goes offline occasionally and a software restart seems to fix it. If this happens while away from home is there a way to restart my hub remotely? Its a HH6.

Well spotted @@Keith_Beddoe I assumed that only worked when connected locally but can confirm it does work via 4g
That is with a SH2 however, can't confirm for hub 6
I guess that is the reason why BT have opted for app control, as that is the method many of the other router manufacturers are now using. It also means that the account holder has full control over everything.
As the app has the same control as the helpdesk, via the management port, then it may work with all of the home hubs.
I can confirm that the App can restart the HH6, at least when on the home network. I'll have to test it when remote now!

Just turn wifi off on your phone and use 4G to test it.

Now @Thompson218 you should try and ascertain why the Hive decides to go offline occasionally.
It would appear you are not alone with this problem!
Especially if you have Hive 😉
