Removing account from Bt Id

Hi, I'm trying to remove an account from my bt I'd. I made an order for broadband and there was an issue with the order so it was cancelled and re ordered but its added both accounts to my bt id account and need to remove the inactive account. Thanks

Call BT 0800.800.150 and ask for Billing. They should be able to remove the accounts.
