My original Home Hub (from 2016) started rebooting randomly a lot a couple of years ago so I replaced it with another router (different brand) which worked well.
I thought I'd try a new Home Hub again now though as I believe they've been upgraded since.
Can I request one from BT? If so, how can I do so?

If you are still in contract and can persuade customer services your hub is faulty, they will send a replacement. Call 150 or 0800 800150 from a mobile.
