'Request Entity Too Large' error when signing in

Just got this error again while trying to use the forum.    See screen grab below using Chrome

There is a solution:  clear all cookies associated with BT but I suggest many users won't be aware of that and those that do might not be aware how to selectively clear cookies by site

So some sort of design fault is there with how BT are using cookies and that's the problem that needs to be fixed please

I have seen this issue as well, with Google Chrome. Clearing cookies fixes it. 

There are 77 cookies, just for this forum, another 49 from bt.com.

I used to have this problem quite a bit. Now I just clear the cookies on exit.

Why do they want to set so many -- they are no use to me!

There seems to be a cookie set for every thread you visit. That shows when you look at the actual cookie content and the url it contains.

Lots of btVisorga cookies.

Clearing the community.bt.com cookies is the only cure.
