Returning equipment

Hi everyone,

I recently sent some equipment back via Royal mail, but their tracking is saying we've got it and doesn't look like it's left Plymouth yet, I sent it on the 23/10/21

Any ideas of who I contact to get this resolved?

If the Royal Mail show that they still have it, it is up to you to contact Royal Mail and ask them what is happening.
