My broadband went live on the 8/11/2021 an when I spoke to somebody on the live chat regarding my reward he said it had been claimed an would be sent out 14 days after the cooling off period. I’ve paid my first bill and still haven’t received it. Can anybody help me with this please?

Would you log in to your online account and check that your order is closed and let me know?
