@DarceeJ12

I assume you mean an vehicle owned by Openreach?

As this is just a BT Retail Customer forum, you need to complain to Openreach.

Apart from the fact you made no mention of whose vehicle it is, this is a BT customer to customer forum which does not have any thing to do with traffic management.

I would suggest if the vehicle is causing a problem that you contact the police.

Thanks for that useless information I have been trying to sort the problem for more than 6 months with no joy so this was my last resort to which one person has given useful information

Well I’m not going to come to a BT forum regarding a random vehicle is that not common sense

Hi @DarceeJ12,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the BT Community.

I'm sorry if a commercial vehicle is causing an obstruction. If you would like to raise a complaint about the Vehicle you would need to do so direct with Openreach, using the link posted by @Keith_Beddoe .

Unfortunately, this isn't something the BT Community would be able to do on your behalf as we are not part of Openreach.

Thanks,

Paddy

It's a common misconception that posting on a BT Retail community forum for customer to customer help will get you assistance with an openreach vehicle problem.  There is no connection from this community forum to openreach
