SIM only deal selected not available on order page

Hi

Been with BT mob a few years now. Currently on 40G data for £15pm. (BB discount) My contract runs out in a few week, so looked to renew with one of the deals advertised. (50G for same price) However, when I select, that deal vanishes. I’m then offered 50G for £20 or £30 for 30G.

Guess I need to ring them?

Hi @Longshanks, sorry that you couldn't get your order placed online. It would be best to call and speak with the BT Mobile team and they'll get the order placed for you.
