I renewed my contract as the old one expired and I was told I need to send back the old hub, and all info and packaging will come with the new hub.
I have the new hub but there was nothing about where to send back the old one, there were no label or packaging.
where should I send it?
would be great to have a chat for existing customers but there is no, or it is impossible to find it, even when I had a faulty to report.
