I only had 1 extension socket which I can't use at the minute because I have to have the router plugged into the test socket otherwise plugging anything else in hinders the connection and becomes unstable.
So at the minute I have it plugged directly into the test socket with the faceplate off as it's the only way I can get a stable(ish) connection. It's been direct into the test socket for the past week or so and the connection just reduces anyway, plugging in my phone is a no no as it just makes it unstable and then drops out all together and then the route goes orange, then flashes orange, then flashes pink for ages, then goes back to stable orange then flashes pink again.
