Just an update. Quiet line test completed and fault reported. Apparently another fault was found, engineer booked for Wednesday. Just got a text to say they have fixed it so the engineer isn’t going to come, connection and speeed should be stable. Guess what? No change what so ever

useless bt finding fault after fault. Probably just making them up. Fix it? Then nothing happens

ive out a serious complaint in with them and they are going to phone me tomorrow and I will give them an earful. Might even cancel the contract

By euphoria at attaining the heady heights of 51mbs has evaporated; I guess credit was not due after all!
I'm now down to 44 mps - 10% below BT's guaranteed minimum. Oh well back to the complaint lines!
