I am in Somerset and my BB has been rock solid for years.
Normal speed test:
Thu 30/04/2020 10:54 35.54 Mbps 35.54 Mbps 5.13 Mbps
But today it did not feel right so did speed test:
Sat 10/10/2020 10:26 14.28 Mbps 34.90 Mbps 0.87 Mbps
Sat 10/10/2020 10:29 24.69 Mbps 1.05 Mbps 4.82 Mbps
Sat 10/10/2020 10:31 14.18 Mbps 0.92 Mbps 0.78 Mbps

When you chose us as your broadband provider we gave you our Stay Fast Guarantee. At the moment your speed doesn't meet that guarantee.
If we're not able to resolve this issue within 30 days from today, and get you back up to the speed we promised you, you'll have the right to cancel your broadband contract without having to pay an early termination fee.

There could be a number of reasons for a drop in speed.
Are you running these wired or wireless?
in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .
Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

Someone may then be able to offer help/assistance/suggestions to your problem
