So I have had problems with bt for nearly 2yrs now. out of contract so decided too go elsewhere alas I am supposed too get 14 mbs /24mbs with a minimum 10mbs so forages getting around 7mbs bt saying nothing wrong so went to look at offers in my BT app as runs out tomorrow offered 6mbs but on bt new customer site was 14mbs/29mbs minimum 13 mbs and look at prices was never offered it your company is a joke full of lies deciept and going too take this too the financial conduct ombudsman
