Slower speed on day 14

Hi All

I am using Fiber 250.

When the engineer came to install the broadband on the 10th of December, he said I'd get 300mbit or more. We did the test and he was right, i started getting that speed.

After few days, we moved few furnitures and had to unplug the modem 3-4 times total max.

Now the max speed I get is 250mbit.

Are these two possibly related and would DLT reinstate my initial speed?

Thanks

Re: Slower speed on day 14

Most likely DLM has been fooled into thinking you have a fault due to the disconnects. Speeds should slowly return.

It would have been better to leave the hub unplugged until you had finished moving furniture.

I see. Anyways to reset that and restart as if the broadband was just installed?

Re: Slower speed on day 14

You just need to wait until DLM sees your connection as stable so no resets
