Smart Bulbs/Plugs not connecting on Halo3

I've just upgraded to Halo 3, and have had to reconnect my smart devices. Tapo bulbs reconnect ok, but Smart Life plugs, PlusMinus bulbs, and Lepro bulbs do not reconnect, no matter if I remove the device and try and add it again.

Anyone else have similar issues?

Turn off Smart setup on the hub and turn off the 5Ghz wireless temporarily until your devices have connected and then turn it back on again.

Thanks. How do I switch off the 5Ghz? I'm in the admin page, but can't see anywhere to turn it off
