I've just upgraded to the Smart Hub 2 and noticed all my devices have been added with IP address reservation i.e. "Always use this IP address" enabled for every device. Is this normal?

Ok, thanks for confirming. Feels like there should be a global setting somewhere to control the default behaviour, but I can't see one.
There isn't. Not sure why its a problem though.
True, but as the BT home hub is aimed at the mass market, I guess they think they are helping by giving users consistent IP addresses. Although I suspect that even if you disable address reservation the hub will still issue the same address each time!
