Smart baby monitor error code 4

Hi 

 

I just bought a brand new by smart baby monitor (2.8”) and am trying to pair to my phone via the app.

After inputting my wifi password, the devices do not connect and I receive an error code 4.

I have a BT smart hub for my wifi.

does anyone know how to fix the problem?

I'm sorry to see that you're having problems with your Smart Baby Monitor.  Is this the device you purchased? --> Smart Baby Monitor with 2.8 inch screen

Your best bet would be to have a word with product support about this directly.  You aren't going to get the help on here I'm afraid.  You will find the contact details on the link above; I've also included them below for your own convenience:
