Hi
I just bought a brand new by smart baby monitor (2.8”) and am trying to pair to my phone via the app.
After inputting my wifi password, the devices do not connect and I receive an error code 4.
I have a BT smart hub for my wifi.
does anyone know how to fix the problem?
