Smart hub 2 problems Hub manager and adding wifi disk.

Two problems . Linked?

Using BT smart hub 2.  Hub wifi only.

1. Unable to access BT hub manager , via 192.168.1.254.

2. Unable to link/pair WiFi disk with hub. Tried ethernet link hub to disk. With and without powered disk. Standalone powered disk ,  flashes blue, no steady state.

I am considering doing a factory reset on hub.

CLimjolly I have tried your suggestion, to be able to access my smart 2 Hub manager, b y linking my PC to hub via ethernet instead of WIFI.
But sadly without success.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Try a factory reset.

Remember to turn off Smart Setup again afterwards.
