Sport Ultimate not working

I have the VIP package and recently bought a new 4K tv. I have tried to activate my BT Sport Ultimate but I get the error code BTP-11169. I search the code and it does not exist. I have a 4K you view box, a 4K tv, the right package and my speeds are 50meg. Why can I get it working.

That error means that you're trying to add a subscription to a channel that is not available on your current package.
Could you try checking for a software update? This should also force your box config to refresh, which should hopefully also pick up your current subscription.

The channel is available on my package as I am on the VIP package and there is no update available. Like I said I am on the correct package, have the right speeds, right box and right tv

I don't doubt that you've ordered the correct package - I'm just telling you that the box is showing you that error because it doesn't think you are. So a system somewhere hasn't updated correctly. Send me a DM with your account number and I'll get one of the TV specialists to take a look.
