Still have broadband fault after engineer repair last week

Hi @JohnC2

Many thanks for your call at the end of last week.  While the engineer did repair a fault, we are still experiencing intermittent noise on the line, the broadband connection dropping and poor broadband speeds.  I have just run a speed test on my BT App and it says "Your hub speeds aren't quite as expected...". 

Please can you look into this again to resolve.

Hi @EdwardO, welcome back and sorry the fault with the broadband has come back so quickly after the engineer visit last week. I've closed off that case so I've sent you another Private Message please can you reply back and I'll get this picked up again to see what is going wrong.

Many thanks for your call on the evening of 23rd  April, following up on the latest engineer visit earlier that day.  

We are still experiencing intermittent noise on the line, the broadband connection dropping and intermittent poor broadband speeds.
