Streaming problems

I've just got Discovery Plus but when I try to stream it onto my tv the program keeps jumping or stopping. It says it's a problem with my broadband any help would be gratefully received

There was a major issue last night causing streaming issues with lots of platforms. This was not a BT related issue as it was global and was even causing issues with some banking platforms.

Not a Youview/BT TV  issue as Discovery+ is not a current App provided on that platform.

It was Friday morning I was having problems. I'm not saying it's bt's fault I just wondered if there was a way I could possibly increase the quality of my picture
