TRUE KEY upgrade to premium

There is an option in the True Key app to upgrade to Premium but the drop down menu only shows US states not UK counties and doesn't accept UK postcodes. 

Is there a work around - is it possible to upgrade True key as supplied by BT?

TrueKey appears to belong to McAfee, you can purchase in GBP according to the drop down on their pricing page: True Key | Say goodbye to the hassle of passwords

You may need to question this with McAfee/TrueKey
