Up until yesterday everything was fine. Suddenly computers and TV stopped connecting to the internet despite being connected to our router. Now some will connect, some connect and drop off, and our TV is resolutely showing no internet (but connected to the WIFI). Has there been any updates to the HH firmware as everything was good and settled and now it has suddenly started to play up. Any other things we can try?

Try a factory reset of the Smarthub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds.
After doing that make sure you turn off "smart setup" on the Smarthub.
