Hi @Asta thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems after your BT TV box froze. I can appreciate that this must be quite annoying when it's stopping you from watching your programs.
Can you follow the instructions on this link to reboot your BT TV box? If that doesn't work you may need to follow the reset process.
