Terrible service

I have been informed that BT shop is a different company to BT altogether? I believed that it was part of BTplc. Maybe I am wrong. Can someone please advise? It was a BT advisor who told me it was not??!!

Welcome to this user forum.

The BT Shop is  a company within the BT Group of companies. If you have a complaint, then you will need to raise it with the BT Shop.

This forum is for BT Retail customers who need help with their phone or broadband service and cannot help with any issues with the BT Shop.

You can mention it here if you want, but nobody can help you with it, as this BT Retail customer forum, has nothing to do with the BT Shop.
