I am unable to log on to bt email, password is correct but keeps going back to log in page.
email is active as per bt id account

I am sorry to see that you can't access the inbox. I would recommend trying another browser, in private browsing or another secure device and try log in again. If you still have problems with it, there may be an issue at our end. We would then need to find out what's happened and see if we can restore your mailbox. I'll send you a private message with some details that we need should trying the other browsers not work.
