Today I received a BT SIM which included a BT sports but I can't access the BT sports app with my login details and password.

It needs ordered before you can use it, simply visit www.bt.com/sportonthego and follow the prompts, you'll then get an email once complete to let you know the BT Sports is active.

Try logging into www.bt.com/mybt and check your BT Mobile order has closed, BT systems typically don't like weekends or Bank Holidays.
You can ring BT tomorrow though if needed, they are open from 9am on Sundays.
