Hi BT forums,
I am a new customer with BT and I have received the order confirmation information which asks me to sign in to NowTV and the BT TV app to begin streaming content. I am unable to sign in to either - when I sign in with the BT TV I keep getting error code WJ931 and NowTV doesn't recognise my BT ID email address.
Please help!!
Hi @AJPM56 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with the TV apps. Are you using a newly set up BT ID that has your new account number associated to it?
