Unable to set up Now TV with sky email

Could someone please contact me to let me know how to change my email address with BT as from reading other posts the reason I can’t set my Now TV account password is because I have a sky email address.

Hi @Elcoles and welcome.

The quickest way to get that sorted would be to call on 0800 800 150. If that doesn't suit I'll drop you a private message so you can get in touch but we are very busy right now so it will take a while to get back to you.
