Unwanted emails from BT

Go to solution

Please help, my wife and I keep getting repeated emails from BT saying we haven't returned smart hub 2 kit even after returning them a month ago for which we have proof of posting and tracked delivery proof, they say we will be charged £50 pounds if we don't return them by the 4th December. How do we stop these threatening emails

Ring 0800 800 150, speak with the billing team and provide the tracking ref, the advisor will be able to manually update the system.
