Upgrade to fiber

Hi, I've  been trying to upgrade to fiber for quite some time now but according to all isp its not available to me.  I live in a flat and all my neighbours have access to it, it's just me that cannot upgrade.

Checked with openreach, checked on the fiber checker website all seems fine to upgrade. 

Any suggestions??

If you do not have an active BT Retail phone  number, then the database will not show the correct information.

Order a BT retail phone line, and once it is active, you will be able to see what options are available.

If you choose a different provider, then you will have to ask on their user forum.
