Upgrading to full fibre from fibre 2 - installation

Hello,

I have recently put in an order to upgrade from fibre 2 to full fibre.

I live in a new build house and the master socket was put under the stairs which connects to an alarm.  The BT engineer connected the master socket to another box presented in the next room and into my smart hub.

My question is does this all stay as is and the ONT box connection comes in separately? Or will the engineer be able to feed the fibre near to the master socket and then into the room next door?

I hope I made myself clear.

Fibre doesn't go to the master socket. It goes directly to the ONT. You also need to ensure you aren't being transferred to digital voice as your alarm will no longer work.
