Despite everything being switched on and having reset my network as prescribed by BT I'm having trouble using mobile data abroad. Also, my phone doesn't hop onto 4G. Can anyone suggest something that night work?

Also check that there isn't an extra spend limit on the account..

Thanks for suggesting this. There isn't but it doesn't go on 4G at all so no using data unless I'm on wifi.
