Hi, I have just bought my second Roku 4k stick and it recognises the Bt Ultimate playback, however when I select 'play' I get a VC011 error message.
The only way I can get it to play is by downscaling the screen settings to 1080p? Any idea why?
I am able to playback 4k content on my other 4k stick on a different TV.
I am on a full fibre upto 500mbs broadband package.
