I keep getting a VC019 error when trying to stream live video on the BT Sport app through my Samsung TV.
For some reason the guide is showing programs that were on an hour or two earlier, instead of the current time. After an hour or so the correct program shows up and I am able to stream live just fine again. Very annoying as I basically can't watch live sport until it's been on for at least an hour.
I've checked the time & time zone are correct in my TV settings, as well as changing manually. There doesn't seem to be a way to update time settings on the app itself but it must be related!?
I am able to stream just fine through the BT Sport app on my Xbox which is on the same WiFi. So frustrating! Anyone know of a fix for this?
Yes the time is displaying correctly when set to auto. Tried setting it a few hours ahead manually and had no effect.
Closing and re-opening the app doesn’t change anything, until the guide catches up to be within the start time of the live show it seems. Right now (10pm) the main channels page is showing shows between 4pm-5pm, yet the on demand content is up to date from live football this evening.
