It's ages ago but I might remember! I was advised to return the tv to a factory setting and that sorta cured it but not quite. My router is also upstairs and tv downstairs.
I have added three router boosters which has improved watching live matches a bit although on bt sport I probably on average get between 5-15 interruptions still and last night watching Chelsea I got a new error code three times at the start.
Can of worms - I daren't look them up!
