I know this issue has been raised before.
Since setting up my BT broadband on Friday I am no longer able to make video calls via WhatsApp. I can still send messages, and I can still make video calls via FaceTime. I have gone into Parental controls and added WhatsApp.com and WhatsApp.net to the list of “allowed sites” but it makes no difference.

Thanks. Yes, I did. In the end I just reinstalled WhatsApp on my phone and then it worked!
So, problem solved.
