What are the login details for Now TV?

I would like to watch Now TV programs on another device but the normal BT login details are not recognised. I am sure I did not receive any separate login details for accessing Now TV on the BT box.

Hi @deeceelau, welcome to the forum and sorry you are having a problem with your Now TV login.

When did you set up Now TV with BT?
It does not have to be the same email address you use for your BT account. If you have another email address you preferred that may have been used.

Hi,  thanks for the reply. It seems that Now TV is registered under a very old email address that I no longer use.

I have asked for it to be changed.
