I've just been to have another look at the local poles by the house and noticed these on the poles? Can you tell me what they are and are they anything to

The top picture just looks likes a copper joint enclosure, the bottom picture is a copper DP.

Yeah, top pic is just a Small Cap End UCJ and the bottom picture is a Box Con 18.

Neither are used for FTTP.
