Hi everyone,
I’m a new BT customer. The first 2 weeks of broadband service was flawless... however, now it’s intermittent. I’m unable to do important online video calls to work as I know the internet will cut out mid call - I’m currently using my data on my phone as a source of steady broadband.
Is there no online chat box? Or email I could send my issue to?
I’m still within my 30 days and if I don’t get an improvement of service I will cancel.
