Hi,
Has anyone else got lots of issues with this setup? Seemed to have settled down but since the weekend the discs are all going red. Tried a few factory resets.
VM Modem software version 9.1.1912.304
WHW was on the latest release when last checked -not even staying on long enough to log in to confirm.

You would be best to contact the WHW product helpdesk as they'll be able to help you. You can call them on 0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm) or drop them an email: btconnectedhome@bt.com.
