Whole of home

Hi anyone else had whole of home suddenly start playing up?  I’ve had a 4 disc set up for c 5 years with no issues until now. Last week or so the slave disc in our kitchen has started disconnecting- mainly overnight. Connection signal strong and nothing else in the house has changed. I’ve done full resets etc. Has there been some firmware updates that are causing issues? Or could it just be the disc is needing replaced - as all other discs (2 slave discs and main one) all perfectly fine.

Sorry that you're having a problem with the Whole Home Wifi (WHW) discs. The WHW help desk isn't open today but they would be best placed to help you with this. You can give them a call on 0808 100 6116 (Mon - Fri 9am to 5.30pm and Sat 9am to 2pm) Alternatively drop them an email to btconnectedhome@bt.com
